Welcome to Wheeler Elementary School, an exciting place to learn!   Each school day as our students come through our doors, they are greeted by caring teachers dedicated to their students’ personal success.  We believe in helping all students reach their greatest potential. We strive to make Wheeler a safe school.  We know that our students learn best when the school has atmosphere of mutual respect.  The staff prides itself in being positive role models, and our students are encouraged to be productive citizens and future leaders of tomorrow.  Our teachers focus on learning skills needed for on-going student success in an ever- changing society.  Each child’s individual needs are met through regular classroom instruction and additional resources, as needed.  We pride ourselves by using data-driven instruction to better serve our students’ academic needs. There is a place for you in our Wheeler PTA, which is always looking for dedicated new faces.  They would appreciate your time and/or monetary support, and always your ideas.  Contact the school to find out how you can get involved.
